Pads and pantiliners are simple and easy to use. Follow the steps below to learn how to place them properly.
1. Remove the Wrapper
With cleanly washed hands, remove the pad or pantiliner from the wrapper. Save the wrapper — you will need this for disposing the used pad later.
2. Remove the Backing
The backing of your pad will typically be a long piece of paper that covers the sticky back of the pad. Sometimes the wrapper doubles as the backing.
3. Place the Pad
Center the sticky side of the pad in the lower part of your panties — the area that goes between your legs. Be sure not to put it too far to the back or front. If your pad or pantiliner has wings, remove the backing (if necessary) and wrap them around the underside of your panties.
4. Dispose of the Pad
After your pad has become saturated, pull it off your panties and roll it up like a sleeping bag in the wrapper from your fresh pad. Then toss it in the trash. Never flush a pad or pantiliner down the toilet.

He also acted with Navin Subba in the famous serial Dalan in six episodes. Around this time, he also acted in a movie Anagarik with director Ram Babu Gurung, and writer Shrawan Mukarung. The movie was made for the Gurung community and was only showed at charity functions. However, acting in the film gave him a lot of confidence. In 2007, he did a three-month course at Actors Studio and worked in various plays. During the end of this period, he directed a play Mahiladotcom, which led to a movie Mero Euta Sathi Cha and then, the critically acclaimed Dasdhunga. Eventually, he acted in Hamro Team (serial), Loot, Highway, Chadke and Badhshala, which have all been released to critical acclaim. Police could not conduct polygraph test, also known as lie-detection test, on Manisha Gharti Magar’s boyfriend Rudra Narayan Chaudhari on Monday.Chaudhari was taken in police custody on Thursday after the 17-year-old girl, sister of Nepal national football team striker Bimal Gharti Magar, was found dead in a suspicious condition in her house.According to Inspector Prakash Sapkota, Chaudhari had to be taken to a local hospital today after he complained of headache. This delayed the polygraph test.A team of experts has come to Nawalparasi from Kathmandu to conduct the test on the suspect.The test will be most likely conducted tomorrow, Sapkota said.Manisha was cremated in Kathmandu after her autopsy at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital. -

Office of the controller of examination, Bhaktapur today publishes the results of SLC examination 2072. The SLC results has been published in different nine grades from A+ to E. The office is terminating the provision on grace marks to the students from this year. The OCE Examination Committee (SLC Board) used to give up to 5 marks as grace marks to weaker students. With the introduction of the letter grading system, no student will fail this year in the 82-year long history of SLC examination. A total of 615,553 students have appeared in SLC exams this year.
