Pads and pantiliners are simple and easy to use. Follow the steps below to learn how to place them properly.
1. Remove the Wrapper
With cleanly washed hands, remove the pad or pantiliner from the wrapper. Save the wrapper — you will need this for disposing the used pad later.
2. Remove the Backing
The backing of your pad will typically be a long piece of paper that covers the sticky back of the pad. Sometimes the wrapper doubles as the backing.
3. Place the Pad
Center the sticky side of the pad in the lower part of your panties — the area that goes between your legs. Be sure not to put it too far to the back or front. If your pad or pantiliner has wings, remove the backing (if necessary) and wrap them around the underside of your panties.
4. Dispose of the Pad
After your pad has become saturated, pull it off your panties and roll it up like a sleeping bag in the wrapper from your fresh pad. Then toss it in the trash. Never flush a pad or pantiliner down the toilet.

He also acted with Navin Subba in the famous serial Dalan in six episodes. Around this time, he also acted in a movie Anagarik with director Ram Babu Gurung, and writer Shrawan Mukarung. The movie was made for the Gurung community and was only showed at charity functions. However, acting in the film gave him a lot of confidence. In 2007, he did a three-month course at Actors Studio and worked in various plays. During the end of this period, he directed a play Mahiladotcom, which led to a movie Mero Euta Sathi Cha and then, the critically acclaimed DasdhungaÂ. Eventually, he acted in Hamro Team (serial), Loot, Highway, Chadke and Badhshala, which have all been released to critical acclaim. Police could not conduct polygraph test, also known as lie-detection test, on Manisha Gharti Magar’s boyfriend Rudra Narayan Chaudhari on Monday.Chaudhari was taken in police custody on Thursday after the 17-year-old girl, sister of Nepal national football team striker Bimal Gharti Magar, was found dead in a suspicious condition in her house.According to Inspector Prakash Sapkota, Chaudhari had to be taken to a local hospital today after he complained of headache. Office of the controller of examination, Bhaktapur today publishes the results of SLC examination 2072. The SLC results has been published in different nine grades from A+ to E. The office is terminating the provision on grace marks to the students from this year. The OCE Examination Committee (SLC Board) used to give up to 5 marks as grace marks to weaker students. With the introduction of the letter grading system, no student will fail this year in the 82-year long history of SLC examination. A total of 615,553 students have appeared in SLC exams this year.

Recently An international association of travel professionals, SKAL celebrated its fund raising event at Hotel Annapurna, Durbarmarg. The event featured various dance numbers, among them the belly dance was the center of attraction. The first round of the sequence featured the various full length attires with the use of local fabrics finally given to the shape to the modern day dressing. The second sequence featured the haku patasi attires drapped in modern day style whereas third sequence gave the view of various styles and designs of floor length red carpet gowns. Fourth round featured the newly launched brand called being human which brought various casual lines of women dressing.
The show stopper for this sequence was Amelia Rose Hilary, the grand daughter to sir Edmund Hilary. The fashion sequences featured the fashion designing students of Namuna college of fashion technology and the contestants along with winners of miss jyapu pageant 2013 organized by Nasa Mandal. The fashion show and dresses besides being human wear was been designed by the designers of Namuna college whereas show choreography was been done by Rojin Shakya.

Lambo says its aerodynamicists strove to improve both downforce and aerodynamic efficiency without increasing drag. Great success: Downforce is indeed up by a claimed 170 percent, and aero efficiency has been increased by 150 percent. Black microsuede covers most surfaces, and Y-shaped yellow inserts are found on the racing-style seats. The project would involve tacking on about 400 miles of rail to an already 1,200 mile track which takes 25 hours to traverse as it is. The move would provide easy transport in one of the trickiest terrains in the world, and increase China’s influence in the region.Historically, the mountain range that holds eight of the world’s fourteen peaks that top 8,000 meters in altitude has served as a practical and cultural barrier. Nepal has long been in India’s sphere of influence, but in recent years China has bought in to the struggling nation by investing in infrastructure such as roads and bridges.
According to state-run Chinese media outlets, Nepal has apparently responded favorably, requesting that the line be built. If tunneling under the world’s tallest mountain sounds like a difficult and involved ordeal, that’s because it is.

Rudra Narayan Chaudhari, who was taken in custody after his girlfriend Manisha Gharti Magar, the sister of national football team striker Bimal Gharti Magar, was found dead in a suspicious condition in Nawalparasi last Thursday, has “passed” a lie-detection test, police said.
Police Inspector Ram Prasad Pandey, who led the test on the suspect as a polygraph expert, said that Chaudhari was asked 11 questions.
One of the questions was if he strangled the 17-year-old girl to death.
In response, Chaudhari said that he did not kill her.

Earlier, the autopsy report suggested that Gharti had died due to hanging, police said.
Her autopsy was carried out at Kathmandu-based Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital.
According to the investigation team, the probe now has become more complex as both the polygraph test and the postmortem did not confirm their suspicion.
Police said they looked into the phone details of the deceased and her boyfriend, Chaudhari. The couple had made 218 calls to each other in last one week.

Ambassador to India Deep Kumar Upadhyay, who the government decided to recall on Friday, shared his dismay over the ‘unfounded allegations’ against him, particularly from the close aides of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. Upadhyay said he was wondering why they made him a scapegoat, when he was working to ‘defend and promote Nepal’s national interests and improving bilateral ties. Meanwhile, Ministry of Foreign Affairs sent an official letter to Ambassador Upadhyay, informing his recall in accordance with a Cabinet decision taken on Friday, said Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Tara Prasad Pokharel. In the letter, Upadhyay was instructed to return home within a deadline of 15 days.

The Nepali Army or Gurkha Army is the army of Nepal and a major component of the Military of Nepal. Service is voluntary and the minimum age for enrollment is 18 years. The army was known as The Royal Nepalese Army (RNA) during the monarchy system in Nepal. It was renamed into Nepal Army since 28 May 2008 with the abolishing of 238-year-old monarchy. Unlike other military forces around the world, the Nepalese Army has a very strict joining policy, similar to the Gurkha regiments, as it is highly recommended to have a distinguished period in the police first.
Nepal unification campaign was a turning point in the history of the Nepalese army. Since unification was not possible without a strong army, the management of the armed forces had to be exceptional. Apart from the standard Malla era temples in Kathmandu, army being organized in Gorkhas, technicians and experts had to be brought in from abroad to manufacture war materials. After the Gorkhali troops captured Nuwakot, the neighbouring principality of Kathmandu (Kantipur) in the year 1744, the Gorkhali armed forces came to be known as the Royal Nepalese Army.

Nepal and China have signed agreements in areas of free trade, transit transport, connectivity, financial cooperation during the official visit of Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.
The two countries issued a 15-point joint statement after PM Oli wrapped his Beijing visit. China has agreed to build oil storage facilities for Nepal, and send experts to Nepal to carry out feasibility study on oil and gas resources research.
Earlier on Monday, Nepal signed an agreement with China to use transit facilities for third country trade by using the ports of the northern neighbour.
