Uighur boy attacks inspectors to defend the family business

Footage of a Uighur boy waving a metal pipe at inspectors, who tried to shut down his family’s business, is doing the rounds online.The footage, filmed at a market in central China, shows the child – wearing a white shirt and blue shorts – waving the object at two people in uniform.Not backing down just yet, the boy continues shouting and dipping his head in an attempt to appear threatening.The footage then shows the boy slapping a man on the arm.Then the child is approached by a man in a brown shirt, who pats him on the back.Many online users came out in favour of the boy, who they praised for his courage in staying strong against authorities. -
