Brian Todd reports on Kim Jong Un's missile threat - and new concerns over his stability.A colonel from North Korea's main spy agency fled to South Korea last year in a rare high-level defection, officials in Seoul said Monday. Photo: Associated PressSeoul’s Unification Ministry’s spokesman made the announcement saying that the individuals have sought political asylum in South Korea. The official declined to identify which country the group was in before arriving in Seoul. North Korean defections are a bitter point of contention between the rival neighbors. Pyongyang usually accuses Seoul of enticing North Korean citizens to defect, something Seoul denies.
